The Seafood Shack: Food & Tales from Ullapool

In The Seafood Shack: Food and Tales from Ullapool, eager to keep some fresh seafood for their home town of Ullapool, Kirsty and Fenella launched a crowdfunding campaign and opened up shop as The Seafood Shack. Now one of the foodie highlights of the NC500, the shack serves up whatever the local fishermen bring in the morning.

In their first book, the authors present the fresh, vibrant dishes that won them Best Street-food/Takeaway in the BBC Food Awards: from their famed Haddock and Pesto Wrap, to the super-luxe Lobster Mac and Cheese, to incredible super-local delicacies like Spiney Popcorn.
