Exclusively designed for our Scottish Castles, the Dirleton Mug features an image of the castle and makes a perfect keepsake or souvenir.
The castle was originally owned by the De Vaux family, who were of Norman origin and had been invited to Scotland by King David in the 12th Century. The next 400 years saw it home to the De Vaux, Haliburton and the Ruthven families. But when the Ruthvens fell from grace, that the castle was left abandoned.
