Ingredients
- 50ml Gin Bothy Original, 25ml Thyme Syrup, 25ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice, Dash Of Celery Bitters, Sprig Of Rosemary
Method
- Combine the ingredients in a Boston shaker filled with ice and shake thoroughly. Strain the mixture through a hawthorn strainer into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and briefly ignite it to enhance the aromatic flavours.
